NEW SCOOTERS AND WHEELCHAIRS
All our new Scooters come with 12months Warranty. This Warranty will not cover products that have been misused, damaged (water damage), or vandalized.
Any attempt to make a repair carried out by a third party or an unauthorized company will result in your warranty being invalidated, and extra charges will apply.
Punctures are not covered by Warranty and will incur charges.
SECONDHAND SCOOTERS AND WHEELCHAIRS
All second hand Scooters/Wheelchairs come with 3 months Warranty unless otherwise stated.

BATTERIES
All our New Batteries come with a 12-month warranty. This does not cover water damage. We use industry recognised state of the art battery testers that give a detailed report.
All finding by the testers are only results we can offer any repairs or replacement by.

Before you use your scooter…….
Every time you use your scooter, charge your batteries.
It may be possible to overcharge your batteries.
This can cause irreparable damage to your batteries and invalidate the battery warranty.
Never allow the batteries to become completely discharged.
Returns Policy Procedure
Here at Mobility Sunflower we believe in providing the very best customer service and that extends to our returns policy
You DO NOT have a legal right to a refund or replacement just because you change your mind. If the product is bought in your home we offer a 14 day cooling off period.
When a purchase is made instore, we offer a 7 day returns policy. After this we only offer the opportunity to exchange the product for the same value.
Please note we have a 20% handling and restocking fee. In any procedure of exchange. And any cost we encure you will be liable for.
FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE AND CROSS CONTAMINATION, OUR RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT EXTEND TO THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS. EVEN IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN SOLD OUT OF THE PACKAGING, UNLESS DAMAGED.

Mobility Sunflowerreserve the right to offer a repair or after 30 days if the item is faulty. If for any reason, we are unable to repair or replace the item we will give a full refund only if the item has not been misused.
Any discounted products from our ex-display range are sold as seen and non-returnable.
This complies with THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015.
We are do offer a Breakdown service if you wish for this option, please ask staff about becoming a member
