The warranty does not cover damage caused by water, incorrect use, neglect or poor maintenance.
We use industry-recognised battery testing equipment to check battery condition and performance. Our test results help us identify potential battery problems and determine whether replacement may be required.
Battery Care & Charging
Correct battery care can help maintain performance and extend battery life.
Always follow the charging instructions provided in your scooter or powerchair owner’s manual.
When Using Your Scooter
- Charge your batteries according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Do not allow your batteries to remain completely discharged.
- Use the correct charger for your mobility equipment.
- Avoid exposing batteries or electrical connections to water and moisture.
- Follow the manufacturer’s battery maintenance recommendations.
Incorrect charging, prolonged discharge, water damage or poor maintenance can cause permanent battery damage and may affect warranty cover.
